Ski Club Accommodation Enquiries
To make a booking for accommodation members can go to 'Request a Booking' and fill in the online form. You will need to be logged in to access this. Access will be made available on payment of your annual sub.
Check the calendar for space available for the days you would like to book.
Your package includes your accommodation, breakfast and evening meal.
We have had a number of members booking and then cancelling at the last minute. Cancellations for weekend bookings must be received no later than 7 days prior to the weekend. After this date one night's accommodation will be payable.
Note we are operating on a strict basis around payment, your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
All guests are expected to participate in the duties necessary for the smooth functioning of the club. These are allocated by the lodge officer. Duties appear on the notice board and correspond to your bunk number.
Remember, a weekend booking will include Friday night but the club will not supply an evening meal for this night. An exception to this is during the holiday period.

Non-member Lodge Fees
- Adult - $80.00 per night
- Child under 11 years - $45.00 per night
- Child under 5 years - $25.00 per night
- Schools and special groups - contact the booking officer for the current rate.
A non refundable deposit is required for whole lodge bookings.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is made.
Payment can be made by cheque, cash or direct deposit.
